Important information!

As of the 1st December we will be seeing patients on an urgent basis only.

As of the 17th of December all patients under the age of 16 will be deducted and reallocated to one of the surgeries within the area, therefore we are urging patients to move surgeries as soon as possible so they can go to one of their choice.

This will also apply to our more vulnerable adults

The deadline for all patients notes to go electronically is the 14th December

We thank you for your support and wish you all well for the future

Repeat Prescriptions

Please note: we do not take prescription requests over the telephone as dangerous errors can occur.

greenpillsPlease allow two working days for repeat prescriptions. If possible, please bring the tear-off slip to the surgery having ticked the items that  you require, or send in your request by post enclosing a stamped addressed envelope. From time to time there may be a reminder that you need to see the doctor before any more medication is prescribed.

***We are unable to send urgent prescriptions directly to the pharmacy.  They will only be available for collection from the surgery. ***
