The doctors' and nurses' surgeries are by appointments only and may be made at the desk or by telephone. The appointment telephone number is 01209 719 630.
The next available appointment will be offered to you unless you need to be seen urgently, in which case you will be seen the same day but not necessarily by your own doctor.
Please remember an appointment is for one person only. If more than one member of the family needs to be seen, please inform the receptionist who will make sure sufficient time is available.
We will endeavour to notify you of any change to your appointment. Please let us know if you are unable to attend an appointment. The practice reserves the right to remove a patient that has not attended three appointments.
