diaryThe doctors' and nurses' surgeries are by appointments only and may be made at the desk or by telephone. The appointment telephone number is 01209 719 630.

The next available appointment will be offered to you unless you need to be seen urgently, in which case you will be seen the same day but not necessarily by your own doctor.

Please remember an appointment is for one person only. If more than one member of the family needs to be seen, please inform the receptionist who will make sure sufficient time is available.

We will endeavour to notify you of any change to your appointment. Please let us know if you are unable to attend an appointment. The practice reserves the right to remove a patient that has not attended three appointments.

Cancelling your Appointment

If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.

By giving us as much notice as you can you are helping us to make sure that someone else is given your slot.

For urgent advice and treatment when our practice is closed your call will be transferred to Kernow Urgent Care Services from our main surgery number 01209 714876 a lternatively you can ring them directly on 0845 2000227
