Important information!

As of the 1st December we will be seeing patients on an urgent basis only.

As of the 17th of December all patients under the age of 16 will be deducted and reallocated to one of the surgeries within the area, therefore we are urging patients to move surgeries as soon as possible so they can go to one of their choice.

This will also apply to our more vulnerable adults

The deadline for all patients notes to go electronically is the 14th December

Comments & Complaints

We welcome your views, because our aim is to give you the highest possible standard of service and we try to deal swiftly and thoroughly with any problems that may occur. Our practice-based procedure for responding to patients' complaints is designated to provide an explanation, an apology where appropriate and details of what we will do to put the matter right and try to ensure that it does not happen again.
